Hosting Terms and Conditions

TOS applies automatically to all Runmap Customers upon subscription to the services including subscription through a third-party or any commercial partner. By Signing up with Runmap Services, YOU ACCEPT THE POLICIES THAT ARE MENTIONED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT TO RESPECT THEM.

General :

Runmap Global, agrees to provide service mentioned in the product / services section in terms with Hosting Servers and related products accepted by the customer subject to the following TOS. Use of Runmap Global constitutes acceptance and agreement to these TOS and all attachments. Runmap Global will take all possible steps to serve our customers with quality service.

Privacy :

Runmap Global, will only use the customer's personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services and to collect fees owed and will not disclose any such information to any third party except, if required by law as evidence by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction and to collection services, if needed.
In this Terms, Customer who has subscribed to Runmap Services authorizes Runmap to use it's name, business name and comments in Marketing Documents. However, the customer whose information has been used for Marketing Documents can send a written notice to withdraw the authorization.

Bandwidth / Data Traffic and Services :

Runmap Global, will deliver the customer with the following :
* Internet Connectivity
* IP Addresses
* Internet Traffic Services or commonly known as "Bandwidth Services"

In case of servers connected to high-value network offered by Runmap Global, the bandwidth can be used at full capacity on multiple servers at the same time to exceed 500mbits.

Customer agrees to use the bandwidth which shall not exceed the number of gigabytes per month for the product / services by the customer. The number of gigabytes is the sum of the incoming and outgoing data transfer for a period of 1 month.

Runmap Global will monitor customer's bandwidth usage and has the right to take appropriate action if the customer's bandwidth usage exceeds the allocated usage per month. Appropriate action may include assessment of additional charges per GB price which is stated on our website.

IP Addresses :

IP addresses allocated by Runmap Global must by maintained by the customers in an efficient manner and appropriate usage to abide by ARIN, RIPE or APINIC Policies and utilization at 80% within 30 days of assignment to the customer by Runmap Global

Failure to comply with this section may result in the reclaim of the IPs by Runmap Global after a fixed period of notice specified by Runmap Staff of Operations. Runmap Global shall maintain and control ownership, reserves the right to change or remove of any or all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to the customer by Runmap Global Standard IP allocations by Runmap Global will be upto 5 IP addresses. In all situations, IPs allocated must be fully justified.

Other Services :

Upon request by the customer, Runmap Global may at its option, provide the customer with technical and non-technical support, such as server reboots, server re-installation, troubleshooting and other support services. Remote Technical Assistance provided by Runmap Global at no additional costs. However, if a customer requests a custom requirement for installation and related support services, Runmap Global may charge additional for the same. Physical access to the Product / Services by the Customer is strictly prohibited.

Billing Services, Cancellation and Termination :

Automated System Generated Invoice will be sent by email as per the billing cycle selected at the time of signup by the customer. All invoices must be paid by the customer within 15 days from the date of Runmap Global invoices, which invoices will be issued 15 days before the end of the last paid period.

Runmap will not receive or send payments for hosting to websites which are directly or indirectly related to Tobacco products, Prescription drugs, Drugs and drug paraphernalia, Firearms or ammunition, Weapons and knives, Satellite and cable TV descramblers, Pornography, Government IDs and licences including replicas and novelty items, Unlicensed lotteries or gambling services, Prepaid debit cards or other stored value cards that are not associated with a particular merchant and are not limited to purchases of particular products or service, Multi-level marketing, pyramid selling or ponzi schemes, matrix programmes or other “get rich quick” schemes or high yield investment programmes and Goods or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.

It is strictly forbidden to make payments to or to receive payments from persons or entities offering illegal gambling services, including (but not limited to) illegal sports betting, casino games and poker games. We may suspend or terminate your hosting Account at any time or refuse to execute or reverse a transaction if we believe that you directly or indirectly use or have used your Account for or in connection with illegal gambling transactions. Countries where online gambling is illegal include the United States of America, Turkey, China, Malaysia and Israel. This list is not exhaustive and it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not use our services for transactions that may be considered illegal in your jurisdiction.

It is strictly forbidden to use your Hosting Account for any illegal purposes including but not limited to fraud and money laundering. Runmap will report any suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement agency. You are prohibited from using your Hosting Account in an attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the usage restrictions imposed by a merchant on the services it provides.

Payments :

Customer will pay for their services with different payment method options provided by Runmap Global such as Paypal, Moneybookers, EBS and Bank Transfer or through cheque deposited at Runmap facility. All invoices are inclusive of all applicalbe taxes and mentioned in the invoices presented to the customer.
Any service to be delivered by Runmap Global will be active only once the payment has been realized. Late or delay in payment will lead to interruption of services. Runmap Global will inform the customer 48 hours prior to suspension or discontinuation of services. Although, there will no re-connect charges at any point of time.
In terms with cancelation of the account, a written notice should be given by the customer priort to the end of the initial commitment, Runmap Global may change any fees payable under this Agreement.
This TOS shal begin upon the date of the customer signup and service made available to the customer and shall be for the period stated. If no commitment is stated, the term will be of 1 month. Agreement is renewed for successive 1 month after initial commitment until terminated by either parties ( "Service Provider" , "Customer" ).

The account may be terminated on the account's anniversary date ( Refers to the date of account on which the customer's has signed up with the service provider ).

i) In terms with suspension or termination of services, at least 48 hours before the next anniversary date must be presented by the either parties.

Service Upgrades / Downgrades :

* If a customer would like to increase or decrease the allocated resources, he may have to email Runmap Sales department in respect with the alternative options and pricing.
* Service upgrades and downgrades will take effect at the account's anniversary date only Refund policy
* Runmap Policy does not cover any refund policy unless the service has not been delivered within the processing time mentioned by the Runmap Staff.
* Any additional payments that has been submitted to Runmap Global will be refunded.
* Upon account activation, the customer must pay it's account even if he is not using the account.

Runmap Network Availability and Uptime :

Runmap Global will provide 99.999% network uptime to all customers who have purchased / leased services from Runmap Global For More Information, please view our Service Level Agreement.

Limitation of Liability :

THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT Runmap Global PERMITS OTHER CUSTOMERS TO INSTALL THEIR SOFTWARE AND EQUIPMENT IN THE PREMISES. Runmap Global WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, COSTS, OR LOSSES INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER (OR ITS CUSTOMERS) CAUSED BY SUCH OTHER LICENSEES' ACTS, EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARES, ACTIVITIES OR FAILURES TO ACT. THE LIMIT OF IWEB TECHNOLOGIES Inc.'S LIABILITY IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE TO THE CUSTOMER (OR ITS CUSTOMERS) CONCERNING PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT, IN THE AGGREGATE, EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO Runmap Global UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE. IN NO EVENT WILL Runmap Global BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Force Majeure :

Neither party will be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in the performance of its obligations if caused by acts of God, war, declared or undeclared, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, or other similar event beyond the control of the party affected (“Force Majeure”). If any Force Majeure occurs, the party claiming the Force Majeure will promptly notify the other. The party claiming the Force Majeure will use commercially reasonable efforts to eliminate or remedy the Force Majeure. This Section will not apply to excuse a failure to make any payment when due.

Hosting Responsibilities :

The customer is solely responsible for the content stored on and served by his servers and must abide by all Laws and procedures.

Agreement :

This Agreement including the attachments hereto and any Service Orders signed by the parties constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all proposals and prior discussions and writings between the parties with respect thereto. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, Runmap Global MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, DURABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. In case of any dispute or inconsistency this main agreement,any attachments, and/or any Service Order, the Service Order will take first priority, this main agreement will take second priority and the attachment will take third priority in interpreting the parties' rights and obligations.

Abuse Reports, Complaints :

Complaints or TOS & AUP violations must be reported to abuse@runmapglobal.com

Changes and rights :

RUNMAP GLOBAL may vary these rules and regulations from time to time in its sole discretion, and the Customer will comply with all other reasonable security requirements that Runmap Global may impose from time to time.
