Hardware Failures and Service Level Agreement :

Runmap Global guarantees that in the event of dedicated server hardware failure, the faulty hardware will be replaced within 4 - 6 hours once the problem has been identified.

In the event that this guarantee is not served, Runmap Global will issue a credit of respective downtime immediately. This guarantee does not include the time it requires to perform additional software - related maintenance, backup restoration, OS re-installation, application configuration and rebuilding raid arrays.

Runmap Network Service Level Agreement :

Runmap Global guarantees 99.99% Network Uptime. In the event that this guarantee is not served, Runmap Global will issue a credit of respective downtime immediately.
This may not include the following :

* Scheduled Network Maintenance
* Hardware Maintenance
* Software Maintenance
* Malicious Attacks
* Control Panel and Related Issues.

All request for compensation must be received within 3 business days of the incident occured or it may not be accounted for compensation or credit. The amount of compensation may not exceed the customer's monthly recurring charge. This SLA does not apply for any month that a customer has breached Runmap Global - Terms of Service or is in defauly of the payment made to Runmap Global
